This paper pesents the concept of oxygen lance zero angle. It introduces the technological pro- gram and redevelopment content of oxygen bottom blowing melting furnance （ φ4.1m×14m） based on the oxygen lance zero angle. The redevelopment is successful. The production practice of redeveloped oxygen bottom blowing melting furnace shows, the effect of oxygen lance zero angle blowing is betten than the oxygen lance＇deflection 15 angle blowing.
