摘要
对400 kA大型预焙槽电解槽发生早期破损情况进行了分析,着重对电解槽阴极设计方面存在的问题进行阐述,对400 kA系列大型预焙槽内衬方面的设计进行优化,从而解决400 kA设计方面的缺陷,提高电解槽的使用寿命。
This paper analyzes early failure of 400 kA large pre-baked aluminum electrolyzing cell, presents the problems about design of the cathode emphatically, optimally designs the inner lining of 400 kA large pre-baked aluminum electrolyzing cell, solves the design defect, prolongs the service life of aluminum electrolyzing cell.
