分析日本酉岛强制循环泵的结构,及在熔炼炉余热锅炉水循环系统中的应用情况,针对发生的机械密封泄漏情况,指出机械密封失效原因,提出检查及修复方法,保证热水循环泵长周期稳定运行,延长机械密封使用周期。

This paper analyzes the structure of the Torishima forced circulating pump made in Japan and its application to water circulation system in smelting furnace waste heat boiler. According to the mechanical seal leakage, the paper points out the causes for the mechanical sealing failure, and puts forward the examination and repair method, in order to ensure stable operation of hot water circulating pump in a long cycle, and to extend the usage period of mechanical seal.
