Survivin、VEGF表达在翼状胬肉中的作用

摘要 目的探讨翼状胬肉组织中Survivin与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达在翼状胬肉发病中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学检测20例翼状胬肉组织和20例正常结膜中Survivin与VEGF的表达。结果免疫组化评分(immunohistochemical scores,IHS),60.0%翼状胬肉Survivin蛋白表达阳性,80.0%翼状胬肉VEGF呈阳性表达,而在正常结膜组织中Survivin蛋白均表达阴性,60%正常结膜VEGF呈阴性表达。结论 Survivin、VEGF的高表达与翼状胬肉的发生、发展有关,联合检测能更准确地判断翼状胬肉血管活性、细胞凋亡的生物学特征及复发预后判断。 Objective To investigate the effect of survivin and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression of pterygium tissue in pterygium pathogenesis. Methods The survivin and VEGF expression in 20 cases of pterygium tissues and 20 cases of normal conjunctiva were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Imrnunohistochemical score (IHS): 60% pterygium were survivin protein positive expression and 80.0% were VEGF positive expression, whereas in normal conjunctiva tissue survivin protein were expressed negative, 60.0% normal conjunctiva were VEGF negative expression. Conclusions The high expressions of survivin and VEGF are relete to the occurrence and development of pterygium. Joint detection can more accurately determine the vascular active, apoptosis biological characteristics and recurrence prognosis of pterygium.
