银杏达莫注射液治疗慢性肺心病临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Ginkgo-dipyidamolum Injection in the Treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Diseases

目的探讨银杏达莫注射液治疗慢性肺心病临床疗效。方法将128例慢性肺心病患者分成对照组和治疗组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予银杏达莫注射液治疗,观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后血气分析指标水平情况。结果两组治疗后PaO2、PaCO2比较有明显差异(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为95.31%,明显高于对照组的71.87%(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用银杏达莫注射液治疗慢性肺心病可大大提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of ginkgo-dipyidamolum injection on the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart diseases. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease were divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was given normal treatment, while the treatment group was given ginkgo-dipyidamolum injection besides this. The clinical efficacy and conditions of blood gas analysis index of both groups were observed before and after treatment. Results PaO2, PaCO2 had significant difference between the two groups aRer treatment （P 〈0.05）. The overall efficient rate of the treatment group was 95. 31%, obviously higher than 71.87% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions In addition to the normal treatment, the use of ginkgo-dipyidamolum injection can greatly improve the clinical efficacy of chronic pulmonary heart diseases, so the injection is worthy ofdissemination and application.
