摘要
绿藻素是营养全面的保健食品。VB_5在绿藻素中的含量丰富。本法以 0.25mol/LH_2SO_4: 95%乙醇=1+1为 提取剂,流动相为甲醇:异丙醇:十二烷基磺酸钠(0.5g/L)=7+2+1,并用H_3PO_4调节pH=2.5,在C_18反相柱上 得到了良好的分离。其回收率为96.0%,相对标准偏差为2.92%,标准差为0.00581,样品提取液经0.45μm滤膜过滤 后可直接上机进样。本法为保健食品绿藻素中的VB_5的测定提供了可行的检测分析方法。
A method for determination of VBS (nicotinic acid)in health food chlorella by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography was reported. The VBS was separated on a C18 reversed - phase column using methanol: isopropylalcohol: sodium laurylsulfonate (0. 5g/L) =7: 2: 1 V/V as the mobil phase at a velocity of 1ml/min and detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometric detector at 261nm. Good separation was achieved. The recovery was 96. 0% and the variation coefficient was 2. 92%. After through 0. 45pm filter the extracts of chlorella could be measured directly.
