摘要
目的探讨并比较DHS(动力髋螺钉)系统与LCP(锁定加压钢板)系统治疗老年股骨粗隆间折的疗效。方法将我院2010年4月至2012年4月收治的股骨粗隆间骨折80例患者随机分成DHS组和LCP组,每组各40例,分别采用DHS和LCP治疗。结果 LCP组髋关节活动时间、下床活动时间以及骨折愈合时间明显优于DHS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LCP组切口感染,疼痛,髋关节内翻等并发症发生率明显低于DHS组(P<0.05);LCP组Harris评分结果优良率明显优于DHS组(P<0.05)。结论LCP系统治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效明显优于DHS系统,且并发症发生率低,髋关节功能恢复较好,是股骨粗隆间骨折一种安全有效的治疗方式。
Objective To explore and compare the curative effects of dynamic hip screws (DHS) and locking compression plate (LCP) in the treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 80 patients with intertrochanteric fractures in our hospital from April 2010 to April 2012 were randomly divided into DHS group (40 cases) and LCP group (40 cases), with DHS and LCP treatment respectively. Results The hip activity time, ambulation and fracture healing time of LCP group was significantly better than those of DHS group, and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈0.05). The rate of complications such as incision infection, pain, hip varus in the LCP group was lower than that in the DHS group (P 〈0.05); the Harris score in the LCP group was better than that of DHS group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions LCP system in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture has obviously better curative effect than the DHS system, with the advantages of low rate of complications, better function recovery of hip joint, which is a safe and effective modality in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures.
