补肾化瘀中药复方治疗白癜风的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Vitiligo in Tonishing Kidney and Promoting Blood Circling

目的观察补肾化瘀中药复方治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用口服补肾化瘀中药复方治疗,对照组采用口服白灵片治疗。结果临床总有效率治疗组为73.4%,对照组为46.7%,两组治疗后总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论补肾化瘀中药复方治疗白癜风具有较好的疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of vitiligo for observation of tonishing kidney and promoting blood circling. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group received oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine treatment in tonishing kidney and promoting blood circling, and the control group received oral Bai Ling tablets. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 73.4%, better than that of control group （46.7%） （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of vitiligo in tonishing kidney and promoting blood circling has good effect.
