院前创伤急救护理的风险因素分析与对策

An Analysis of the Risk Factors of Traumatic Nursing in Pre-hospital Emergency and Countermeasures

目的探讨院前创伤急救护理的风险,采取有效的管理措施,提高创伤急救护理质量。方法总结627例院前创伤急救病例资料,分析常见的风险因素,制定有效的抢救流程和管理对策。结果在院前创伤急救护理中,护士的抗风险能力得到进一步提高,预防护患纠纷的发生成了护士的自觉行为,患者投诉为0,满意度达到99.2%。结论实施风险因素分析,院前创伤患者得到有效迅速的急救护理,从而保证了院前创伤急救护理的质量。

Objective To discuss the risk factors ofpre-hospital traumatic emergency nursing, take effective management measures and improve the traumatic emergency nursing quality. Methods 627 cases of pre-hospital traumatic emergency data were summarized to analyze the common risk factors, improve the relevant regulations and develop effective management measures. Results In the pre-hospital traumatic nursing, the nurses improved the anti-risk ability and took conscious action to prevent the disputes between nurses and patients. The degree of satisfaction increased to 99.2% with no complaints. Conclusion The implementation of risk management can make the pre-hospital emergency nursing more effective so as to ensure the quality ofpre-hospital traumatic emergency nursing.
