泪道激光术后加压泪道冲洗方法的疗效观察及护理

Observing the Effect for Oppressive Lacrimal Duct Rinse after Lacrimal Duct Laser Formation

目的研究泪道激光术后自制泪道冲洗针头加压冲洗方法的疗效。方法我院收治的278例患者行泪道激光术,术后随机分为A、B两组,A组148例采用加压泪道冲洗法,B组130例采用常规泪道冲洗法,随访两组的疗效。结果采用加压冲洗方法有效率为84%,常规泪道冲洗方法有效率为60%,两组间有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论泪道激光术后采用自制泪道冲洗针头加压冲洗方法可提高泪道激光术后疗效。

Objective To research the curative effect of oppressive lacrimal duct rinse atter lacrimal duct laser formation. Methods 278 cases of lacrimal duct laser formation were randomly divided into A, B groups. Group A （148 cases） were treated with oppressive lacrimal duct rinse, Group B （130 cases） were treated with conventional lacrimal duct rinse, to observe the follow-up effect. Results The effective rate of oppressive lacrimal duct rinse was 84%, the effective rate of conventional lacrimal duct rinse was 60%, with significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Oppressive lacrimal duct rinse can improve the treatment effect after lacrimal duct laser formation.
