高压电缆用抗静电纱的纺制

摘要 介绍了采用环锭包芯纺、赛络包芯纺、赛络菲尔包芯纺等技术纺制抗静电纱的方法及其对成纱性能的影响,对赛络菲尔包芯纺纺制抗静电纱的工艺参数进行了优化,研究了高压电缆用抗静电纱的纺制技术与工艺。结果表明:在相同原料的条件下,用3种纺纱技术纺制19.6tex抗静电纱时,赛络菲尔包芯纺技术纺出的纱线性能最佳。 The spinning method and property of anti-static yarn using ring core spinning, siro core spinning and slrotll core spin ning were introduced. The process parameters of anti-static yarn using sirofil core spinning were optimized. And the spinning technol ogy and process of anti-static yarn used as high-voltage cable were studied. The results showed that the property of 19.6 rex anti-stat ic yarn using sirofil core spinning was optimal compared with other spinning technology with same material.
