摘要
以棉、聚乳酸、Modal纤维为短纤维和涤纶为长丝,采用赛络纺(Sirofil)纺纱技术纺制了36tex 50/30/20棉/聚乳酸/莫代尔+83.3dtex涤纶四组分赛络纺复合纱,并与相同线密度的环锭纱进行了比较;同时介绍了复合纺纱的细纱装置,原料选择、纺纱流程及各个工序的技术要点。成纱性能表明赛络纺纱的拉伸性能有所提高,毛羽明显减少,条干显著改善。
The 36 tex 50/30/20 cotton/PLA/modal and 83. 3 dtex polyester four component sirofil composite yarn were produced by sirofil spinning technology using cotton, PLA and modal fiber as staple fiber and polyester as filament. The sirofil yarn was compared with the same line density of ring yarn. The spinning device of the composite yarn, raw materials selection, spinning process and technical points for each process were described. The sirofil yarn performance indicated that tensile performance was enhanced, the hairiness was reduced significantly and the enenness was obviously improved.
