摘要
设计一台单级YAG激光器,只用一个电光开关完成选模、调Q等多种功能,并把振荡与放大相耦合,获得高功率单横模窄线宽的激光输出。
Design a single stage YAG Laser which has Q-modulation,mode-telecting andmulti-functions using an electrical optical switch.The oscillation and amplify was coupled toge-ther.The Laser output which has high power and single transverse mode narrow line width wasobtained.
