摘要
通过问卷调查方法,贵州大学图书馆于2011年对图书馆服务、资源利用等情况进行了调查,了解了读者需求,对今后如何进一步提高图书馆的服务水平提出了建议。
Through the questionnaire method, the library of Guizhou University made a survey onthe li- brary services, resource utilization and so on in 2011. By understanding the demands of readers, made recommendations on how to further improve the level of library service.
