根据秦山三期两座CANDU-6反应堆的锆-2.5铌压力管长度实测数据的统计分析.压力管轴向辐照伸长性能具有2条明显的规律,一是在辐照条件不变的情况下,压力管辐照伸长量与等效满功率运行时间(或快中子注量。)呈线性关系,二是压力管辐照伸长率与燃料通道功率(或平均快中子注量率)呈乘幂关系。根据这一特性,等效辐照的概念被引入统计分析中,两台机组全部压力管可按照一个标准辐照条件推算等效辐照因子,统计全部压力管的等效辐照伸长率的频度分布,最终得到秦山三期两台机组全部压力管的平均等效辐照伸长率,可用于预计泰山三期压力管的辐照伸长行为和进行寿命评估。
Based on statistical analysis for data obtained from measurements tube lengths in Qinshan phase 3 two CANDU 6 reactors, two obvious phenomena of Zr-2.5 Nb pressure for the axial irradiation elongation performance of the pressure tubes are discovered: (i) pressure tube irradiation elongation is in a linear relationship with the equivalent full power operating time (or the fast neutron fluences) under the same irradiation condition, and (ii) pressure tube irradiation elongation rate is in a power relationship with fuel channel power (or the axially averaged fast neutron fluxes). Based on this characteristic, a concept of equivalent irradiation is introduced to the statistical analysis. The equivalent irradiation factor of each pressure tube in the reactor can be calculated under the standard irradiation condition, the frequency distribution of the equivalent irradiation elongation rate of all pressure tubes can be counted, and finally the averaged equivalent irradiation elongation rate of all pressure tubes in the two reactors has been obtained. Also, it can be used to predict the irradiation elongation behavior and life assessment of pressure tubes of Qinshan phase 3.
