SR-4DX不锈钢的性能及其在秦山核电站海水系统的应用前景

摘要 本文介绍了SR-4DX超级双相不锈钢材料的化学成分、机械性能以及耐腐蚀和耐磨性能,并对其在秦山核电站海水系统的应用前景加以分析。结果表明:SR-4DX含有稀土元素铈和镧以及钡元素,其机械性能、耐腐蚀性能及耐磨性能均好于其他商用双相不锈铜、奥氏体不锈钢、镍基合金等材料;SR-4DX是秦山核电站现有海水泵泵轴材料3Crl37&海水循环水泵叶轮材料ZGlCrl8Ni9的理想替代材料。 This paper introduces the chemical composition, mechanical property, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of SR-4DX, one kind of super duplex stainless steel. It also analyses the application prospect of SR-4DX in seawater system of Qinshan nuclear power plant. The result indicates that with rare earth metals (Ce,La) and Ba additions, the mechanical property, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of SR-4DX are all better than other commercial duplex stainless steels, austenitic stainless steels and Ni-base, so SR-4DX is one kind of superexcellent replacement materials for current shafts of seawater pumps and impellers of circulating water pumps, which are made of 3Cr13 and ZG1Crl8Ni9.
