摘要
APl000核电站采用模块化施工法。CA20模块重心位置高，重量大，尚属国内核电建设首次运输。针对这两个难点，本文介绍了运输方案的安全考虑和操作细节。运输车辆采用2组2纵列25轴线德国进口自卸式液压平板车，并分别在运输前进行了重件道路承压试验和车辆联动性能试验，以确保整个运输过程的万无一失。
AP1000 Nuclear Power Plant adopts modules into its construction. One of the large-size structure modules, CA20 module has higher gravity centre and bigger weight. Aim at the two key points, this paper introduces transportation plan and safety calculation for the operation implement to ensure the safety during the whole transportation. It uses 2 groups of 2 longitudinal row 25 axes hydraulic fiat-car to accomplish transport task. The road bearing and combine vehicle performance tests are, respectively, carried out before the shipping.
