摘要 奥氏体不锈钢加工一直是困扰制造企业的难题.采用实验比较法,在车床上用YBC151硬质合金涂层刀片对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢进行干切削试验,并对硬质合金刀具的磨损情况进行了研究.采用SEM、EDAX等实验仪器,观察不同时间下前后刀面的磨损状态以及成分变化,能客观地反映出不同切削时间刀具的磨损规律,为企业生产提供依据. Austenitic stainless steel processing has been the problem of troubled manufacturing companies.Using the experimental method,0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel dry cutting tests in the lathe YBC151 carbide coated blade and carbide tool wear have been studied.with SEM,EDAX,laboratory instruments,the flank wear state and composition changes were observed at different times,They were can effectively reflect the law of the tool wear of cutting time,and provide the basis for the production.
