主动脉夹层的螺旋CT和彩色多普勒超声评价

Aortic dissection:a comparative evaluation with spiral CT and color Doppler echocardiography

目的 :评价主动脉夹层的螺旋CT和彩色多普勒超声诊断价值及表现。方法 :23例主动脉夹层患者进行了25人次螺旋CT检查 ,层厚10mm ,螺距1.5。其中21例进行了29人次经胸部彩色多普勒超声检查。患者螺旋CT与超声影像学表现按特异性和非特异性征象进行分析、对照。结果 :23例主动脉夹层的螺旋CT诊断准确率和特异性均达100 %。19例经彩色多普勒超声检查证实诊断 ,诊断准确率90.5 % ,特异性100%。两者之间没有显著性差异(P>0.5)。结论 :螺旋CT和彩色多普勒超声具相同的优越性且各具特点 ,但两者相互补充和结合应用 ,才能全面评价和准确诊断主动脉夹层。

Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic features and efficacy with spiral CT anD color Doppler echocardiography in the aortic dissection.Methods:Twenty three patients underwent 25 spiral CT examinations.Slice-thickness is 10mm,P value=1.5. Among them,21 patients were examed with transthoracic color Doppler echocardiography 29 times.The spiral CT and echocardiographic appearance were classified into the specific and the non-specific for analysis. Results:The diagnostic accuracy and specificity of the spiral CT achieved 100%,of color Doppler echocardiography were 90.5%and 100% respectively. There are no difference between them. Conclusion:Spiral CT and color Doppler echocardiography have similar diagnostic superiority with its own features, and the information from both examination should be combined in order to achieve the whole assessment and the accurate diagnosis of aortic dissection.
