高校期刊阅览室建设与人性化管理的三点思考

Reflections on the Humane Construction and Management of University Periodical Reading Room

当前高校图书馆期刊阅览室"由上而下"的期刊采购方式导致一些期刊的订购不合理,统一层高造成空间较浪费,过刊收藏有待进一步优化。期刊阅览室应采取人性化建设与管理,通过专业化购买期刊,充分利用期刊阅览空间以及过刊优化管理等三点措施,挖掘期刊阅览室的最大潜在效益。

This paper presents three measures for humane construction and management of periodical reading room,aiming to solve the problem of emphasis on collection rather than utilization in university periodical reading room.These measures include specialized purchase of periodicals,making most use of the space of periodical reading room and optimization of outdated publications.By doing this,we intend to maximize the potential benefits of periodical reading room.
