湖北枣阳金红石矿选矿工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 枣阳金红石主要由普通角闪石和铁铝榴石组成,含量为70%~90%,钛矿物有金红石、钛铁矿及榍石,其他矿物有白(绢)云母、钠-更长石、斜黝帘石-绿帘石、方解石、绿泥石、黄铁矿等,其中有用矿物为金红石和石榴子石。针对矿石性质,试验采用浮选-磁选原则流程,使用改性活化剂PX进行活化,联合使用S.P.A和捕收能力强的脂肪醇O.C.T进行捕收,最终可获得含TTiO2为92.38%,金红石TiO289.38%的精矿产品,回收率可以达到70%以上,试验指标良好。对石榴子石采用分级摇床工艺进行综合回收,获得品位为93.3%石榴子石的精矿产品。 Zaoyang rutile was mainly composed by amphibole and almandite,the content of which is 70%~90%.Titanium minerals include rutile,ilmenite and sphene and the other minerals include sericite,sodium-oligoclase,clinoepidote-epidote,calcite,chlorite and pyrite,among which the useful minerals are rutile and garnet.Directed at the ore characteristics,the principle flowsheet of flotation-magnetic separation was adopted by using modified activator PX and the combined colletor S.P.A and the fatty alcohol O.C.T.Finally,the concentrate containing TTiO292.38%and rutile TiO289.38%was obtained with the recovery more than 70%.The index is good.For garner,when the technology of grading tabling was adopted to recover,the concentrate with the grade of 93.3%was obtained.
