部分阴道缝闭术治疗老年性子宫脱垂的研究

目的：研究部分阴道缝闭术（LeFort术）治疗有内科合并症的老年性子宫脱垂的可行性及安全性。方法：回顾性分析1990～1999年本院妇科行部分阴道缝闭术的临床资料，并与同期经阴子宫切除术对照比较，对手术方式、手术时间、失血量、术后病率及并发症进行分析。结果：LeFort手术组平均手术时间为52min，术中出血量平均为70ml，而经阴子宫切除（TVTH）组平均手术时间为90min，术中失血量平均100ml，两组差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。LeFort手术组术后无复发，术中及术后无并发症发生。结论：LeFort术对有内科合并症的老年性子宫脱垂者是安全性较高、效果良好的术式。

bjective: To study on partial colpocleisis (Le Fort operation ) to treat senile prolapse of uterus. Methods: Retrospective analysis of clinical data of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Medical University in 1990～ 1999,the operation times, amount of blood loss, postop-erative morbidity and complications were compared between Le Fort group and transvaginal total hysterectomy cases. Results: In Le Fort group, average operation time was 52 min, intraoperative blood loss amount was 90 ml averagely, but in TVTH group .the average operative time was 90 min, intraoperative blood loss amount was 100ml, averagely. Comparsion of two groups the dif-ference was significan(P < 0 .05 ). In Le Fort group, there was no recurrent case and no intra - and postoperative complication. Conclusion: Partial colpocleisis is a safe and effective opera tion for patients with uterine prolapse and complicated disease of medicine.
