大型输水渠道事故工况的水力响应及应急调度 被引量:9

摘要 事故工况下的渠道水力响应及应急措施对大型输水渠道安全有着深刻的影响。以南水北调中线工程总干渠为研究对象,建立了事故工况的一维非恒定流数学模型,提出应急调度闸门控制规则,模拟分析了事故工况下渠道的水力响应过程。计算结果表明,事故渠段节制闸紧急关闭时间越短越有利于灾害控制,但是渠道水位壅高及退水量较大;节制闸闸前控制水位越高,则渠道水位壅高也越大,但弃水较少。 The hydraulic response and emergency measures under the abnormal operation modes have significant effects on the operation safety of the large-scale water diversion channel.A one-dimensional unsteady numerical model was developed and applied to the Main Route of the South-to-North Water Transfers Project,and this model was used to simulate the hydraulic response of the water diversion channel under the abnormal operation modes and the sluice controlling rules were proposed.The results showed a short emergency closing time of the regulating sluice in the accident channel reach is beneficial to the disaster control,but it may induce the high backwater height in the channel and the increasing of drainage water volume.Moreover,the high control water level before the regulating sluice is favorable to the decreasing of the drainage water volume and the increasing of backwater height in the channel.
