摘要
半导体光催化技术因其能够在清洁能源制备和环境净化方面有很好的应用前景而倍受关注.开发可见光响应光催化材料是半导体光催化领域的研究热点之一.本文围绕可见光响应金属氧化物光催化材料体系的光物理和光催化性能展开论述,主要包括:(1)Ag盐氧化物光催化材料体系;(2)复合光催化材料体系;(3)锑酸光催化材料体系.主要通过改善制备方法、形成复合材料以及氮掺杂等手段提高光催化材料的光催化性能.
Semiconductor photocatalysis was attracted more attentions due to the potential applications in the renewable energy production and environmental purification. The development of visible-light-driven photocatalysts become a hot topic in this field. In this paper, the photophysical and photocatalytic properties of the visible-light driven complex metal oxides photocatalysts will be discussed. We focus on (1) silver salt photocatalytic materials; (2) composite photocatalysts and (3) antimonite acid photocatalyst. The enhanced photocatalytic performance were achieved by improving the preparation method, making composites and doping nonmetal element.
