New Progress of Superhard 5d Transition Metal Nitrides, Borides and Carbides

摘要 回顾了最近几年有关新型超硬材料——5d过渡金属氮化物、硼化物和碳化物的研究进展.阐述了此类材料弹性性质优劣的起源,分析了电子结构与弹性之间的关联性,并提出了此类材料需要解决的关键问题. The research progress about superhard materials-Sd transition-metal nitrides, borides, and carbides have been reviewed. We discuss the origin of the high or low elastic moduli for these materials. The relation between their electronic structure and elastic properties has been analyzed. The key issues for these materials have been proposed.
