摘要
ZG80Cr2MnMoSi钢是一种耐磨衬板用多元合金钢。由于碳和合金元素含量高,铸件中极易产生成分和组织偏析,生产中常采用均匀化退火来减轻偏析对铸件性能的不良影响。研究了均匀化退火对该钢组织、碳化物类型和晶粒尺寸的影响及影响晶粒细化的因素。试验结果表明,碳化物回溶温度显著影响钢的晶粒;均匀化退火时碳化物的主要变化为渗碳体回溶和析出以及渗碳体(Fe3C)转变为合金碳化物((Fe,M)3C);钢经1050℃×4 h退火后,晶粒度为8级,块状碳化物和枝晶状珠光体减少;经1150℃×4 h退火后,晶粒度为7~6级,枝晶状珠光体和块状碳化物均消失。
ZG80Cr2MnMoSi steel is a multicomponent alloy steel for use with wear-resistant liner.The segregation of chemical composition and microstructure is extremely easy to occur in the casting due to high content of carbon and alloying elements.Homogenizing is commonly adopted in practice to weaken the harmful effect of segregation on casting property.The effect of homogenizing on the microstructure,carbide type and grain size as well as the factors affecting grain refining were investigated with respect to ZG80Cr2MnMoSi steel.The results show that:(a) re-dissolving te
