摘要
对2205双相不锈钢进行不同温度的固溶处理试验和改锻试验。研究了试验钢-46℃的冲击吸收能量,冲击试样断口的宏观形貌及纵截面和横截面的显微组织。结果表明,未经改锻的试验钢由于无明显的锻造织构,冲击试样断口基本是结晶状断口,经1050℃、1100℃和1150℃保温1 h固溶处理后冲击吸收能量均为20 J左右;试验钢改锻后,形成明显的锻造织构,冲击吸收能量提高到70 J,再经1050℃保温1 h固溶处理后冲击断口有明显纤维区,冲击吸收能量进一步升高到150 J。
Trial solution treatment at different temperatures and trial re-forging were conducted for 2205 duplex stainless steel.The impact energy at-46 ℃,macroscopic fracture as well as microstructures of longitudinal and cross sections of the impact specimens were investigated for this steel.The results indicate that:(a) for the steel not re-forged,the fracture of impact specimen is essentially of crystalline for the lack of obvious forged texture,and the impact energy will all be about 20 J after solution treating at 1050 ℃,1100 ℃ and 1150 ℃ for 1 h respectively;(b) for the re-forged steel,the impact energy is increased to 70 J due to obvious forged texture present in the steel,and the impact energy will be further increased to 150 J due to obvious fiber structure at the fracture after solution treating at 1050 ℃ for 1 h.
