摘要
采用KD-CB177全自动淬火介质冷却性能测定器测定了不同温度水的冷却曲线。研究了水温对45钢淬火硬度的影响。结果表明,随着水温的升高,其特性温度降低,冷却时间延长。当水温为20~40℃时,其最大冷却速度Vmax下降缓慢,在40~50℃时最大冷却速度Vmax则迅速下降。
The cooling curves of water at different temperatures were measured with KD-CB177 all-automatic quenching medium cooling tester.The effect of water temperature on the as-quenched hardness of 45 steel was investigated.The results indicate that with the elevation of water temperature its characteristic temperature will decrease and the cooling period will be prolonged.The maximum cooling rate of water at temperatures of 20 to 40 ℃ will slowly decrease but quickly decrease at temperatures of 40 to 50 ℃
