摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定柴丹疏利胶囊中丹参素含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用Agilent HC-C18 Analytical(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)色谱柱,以甲醇∶冰醋酸∶水(4∶1∶95)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长281nm。结果:丹参素在11.3~226μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,其线性方程为y=13 010x+10 419(r=0.999 9)。丹参素的平均回收率为99.40%,RSD=0.30%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、可靠、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: Toestablishthemethodfor content determinationof DanShenSu inChaiDan ShuLi capsule with HPLC.Method: RP-HPLC method was adopted.Agilent HC-C18 Analytical column(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm) was used with mobile phase consisted of methanol-glacial acetic acid-water(4:1:95) at flow rate of 1.0 mL/ min.The detection wave length was 281 nm.Result: There was a good linear relationship in the range of 11.3-226 μg/ mL, the linear equation is y=13 010x +10 419(r=0.999 9).Average recovery rate was 99.40%,RSD=0.30%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is simple,reliable,accurate and could be applied to quality control of the preparation.
