基于Web的高校项目评审系统的设计与实现

Design and implementation of university evaluation review system based on Web

为解决高校项目评审的网络化问题,在考虑数字化校园建设要求和评审结果再利用基础上,提出了基于Web的高校项目评审系统的功能要求和体系结构,设计了后台数据库和功能模块。采用公共数据采集技术和专家反评估方法,实现了基于数字化校园综合管理平台的公共数据共享和基于评审历史数据的专家反评估,解决了项目评审系统与其他业务系统之间集成问题和评审专家反评估问题。应用结果表明了系统的实用性、兼容性和可扩展性。

In order to solve the networked problem of the university evaluation review, functional requirements and the architecture of evaluation review system based on web are proposed according to the construction demand of digital campus and the result reuse of evaluation review. The background database and system function modules are designed. By use of the public data collection technolo~ and the expert anti-assessment method, the public data sharing based on the general management platform and the expert anti-assessment based on review history data are studied, so that the integrated problem between evaluation review system and other operational systems and the expert anti-assessment problem are solved. Finally, the practicality, compatibility and scalability of the systen guaranteed by the practical application.
