摘要
设计了一种基于DSP与FPGA的运动控制器。该控制器以DSP为控制核心,用FPGA构建运动控制器与传感器以及电机驱动器的接口电路。充分发挥了DSP强大的运算能力和FPGA的并行处理能力。具有信息处理能力强、模块化程度高、编程容易、运动控制精度高等优点,可以实现高精度的速度环和位置环的双闭环控制,能够满足运动控制器的实时性和精确性要求。
This article describes a motion controller based on DSP and FPGA. The controller use DSP as the control core and built interface circuit of the motion controller,sensors and motor drives with FPGA,. The full play of the DSP's powerful computing and FPGA's parallel processingcapabilities are gave. The design has advantages of information processing ability, a high degree of modular, easy programming, and high precision of motion control and can achieve double-loop control of high- precision velocity loop and position loop to meet the real-time and accuracy requirement of the motion controller.
