摘要
第八次基础教育课程改革已经走过了十余年,对其改革成效的评价众说纷纭。针对当前关于基础教育课程改革的各种非议,重新审视基础教育课程:显在的突出问题为,基础教育基础的偏离、"分数至上"的功利价值追求、学生课业持续加重;潜在的危机问题为,基础教育之基础的偏离可能导致教育进入恶性发展的轨道,分数至上的价值理念阻碍学生的健康发展,过重的学业负担可能导致学生厌学、厌师。当前的关键是正视现实存在的问题,走出误区,厘清基础教育的价值定位,转变教育评价方式,注重全面性、过程性的评价。
The eighth basic education curriculum refom has gone through more than 10 years and the comments on the results are various. In view of all sorts of criticism on the current basic education curriculum reforms and reviewing education curriculum refoms,this paper points of that the prominent problems are: the deviation from the basic education foundation, the pursuit of "score first" utility value, and the growth of student schoolwork; and the potential crises are:the deviation of basic education foundation may lead education to the malignant development track,"score first" value may hinder the healthy development of students,the overweight learning load may lead to students' learning disabil- ities and disliking teachers. The current tasks are facing the existing problems, dearing the misunderstanding, clarifying the value position of ba- sic education,changing education evaluation methods,and focusing eornprehensive and processing evahafion.
