高职实践教学体系的构建及管理流程再造

On the Construction and Management Process Reengineering of Practice Teaching System in Higher Vocational Colleges

实践教学是学生习得技能的主要手段,高职教育以"工学结合"作为人才培养模式改革的切入点,专业教学既要体现职业的工作过程特征,也要符合职业资格标准的要求。实践教学体系是由实践教学活动中的各要素构成的有机联系整体,基本框架包括目标体系、内容体系、保障体系和管理与评价体系四个部分。实践教学管理按高职教育教学规律进行流程再造,包括实践教学环境配置流程和实践教学管理流程。

Practice teaching is the main means of students＇ skill acquisition. ＂Work- integrated learning＂ is the breakthrough point of the reform of personnel training mode in higher vocational education. Professional teaching should not only reflect the characteristics of professional working process, but also meet the requirements of professional qualificafion standard. Practice teaching system is composed of various dements in the practice of teaching activities. Basic framework of this system includes four parts：goal system, content system, guarantee system, manage- ment and evaluation system. The management of practice teaching should take a process reengineering according to higher vocational education teaching laws and be divided into practice teaching environment configuration process and practice teaching management process.
