运用文献资料法、访谈法,结合多年的公共英语教务管理经验,探究在高校教学管理中公共英语教务管理员频繁更换的原因,指出以教务管理员工作为枢纽来协助教师提高大学英语教学质量,对于构建和谐大学英语的教学及优化教务管理具有重要作用。

To explore the reasons of frequent replacement of Academic Dean of College English Department in University educational management by means of literature data, interview and combined with years of experience in college English educational management. To point out that the job of academic dean plays a very important role in helping teacher improve the teaching quality of college English and in establishment a harmonious college English teaching and optimization of educational management.
