765例口腔颌面部创伤患者的手术治疗效果分析

Effect Analysis of 765 Cases of Oral and Maxillofacial Trauma Surgery

目的:探讨分析口腔颌面部创伤患者的手术治疗方法和效果。方法:随机选取2006年7月-2011年8月在笔者所在医院住院并接受手术治疗的口腔颌面部创伤患者765例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结创伤原因、手术方法及其临床效果。结果:经过医护人员的治疗,所有患者在Ⅰ、Ⅱ期手术后,面容有了很大改善,功能也得到了相应的恢复,11例患者接受了开颅手术导致生活不能自理,不能配合医护人员的治疗。结论:患者在口腔颌面部受到创伤后,待颅脑的伤情稳定后,应该及时判断出伤情,让患者接受治疗。

Objective： Analysis of oral and maxillofacial trauma patients with operation treatment method and effect.Methods ： From July 2006 to August 2011 were randomly selected in our hospital and to accept operation treatment of 765 cases of maxillofacial trauma patients, their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, summed up the cause of trauma, operation method and clinical effect.Results： After medical personnel＇s treatment, all patients in I , 1I stage after the operation, the face had been greatly improved, function had also been a corresponding recovery, but as of 11 patients underwent eraniotomy operation resulted in the life cannot provide for oneself, not with the medical care personnel＇s treatment.Conclusion： In patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma after craniocerebral injury, stay stable, should timely judge the condition, allow patients to receive treatment.
