Zhou Zuoren’s Translation and Introduction of Ancient Greek Literature

学术界对周作人希腊文学译介的研究起步较晚,对周作人译介策略的研究视点主要集中在周氏译介希腊文学与改造国民性之间的关系上,并以此为周作人的译介建构合法性。周作人留日期间、五四前后、附逆前后、坐牢期间、解放后都曾译介希腊文学,不同时期周氏译介希腊文学的具体情状各不相同,终其一生的希腊情结显得格外复杂。

The research of Zhou Zuoren＇s translation and introduction of ancient Greek literature began late, and the research focus is mainly on the relationship between Zhou＇s works and the reform of national character, with which the legitimacy of Zhou＇s works is established. Throughout his lifetime, such as studying in Japan, life around May 4th of 1919, betraying his country, being imprisoned and life after liberation, Zhou translated and introduced ancient Greek literature ceaselessly, but the contents were different during different periods, and his Greek complex was complicated.
