运用词块教学策略提高英语水平的实证研究

摘要 词块理论认为在自然语言中大量存在的词块整体存储在记忆中,使用时直接提取,无需语法生成和分析。对高职学生英语词汇的实证分析可知,词块策略是一种有效的记忆策略,词块积累可以使词汇信息的储存和提取更为流利准确,有效促进学生英语水平的发展。 Chunk theory holds that the pervasive prefabricated lexical chunks in natural languages are stored and easily retrieved whole from the memory without being subject to generation or analysis by grammar. The empirical study on vocational college students based on the theory in this paper shows: students' vocabulary level can be largely improved by using the strategy of lexical chunks. Lexical chunk strategy is an effective memory strategy. The accumulation of lexical chunks helps to make lexical store and retrieval more fluent and accurate and improves students' vocabulary width and depth.
