摘要
本文在自制的涂敷型直链淀粉-三[(s)-α-甲基苄基氨基甲酸酯]手性固定相上对反-2,3-二苯基环氧乙烷、托葛尔碱、苯偶姻、喹禾灵、戊唑醇、禾草灵等6种手性化合物进行了手性拆分。同时在流速0.5mL/min,检测波长254nm条件下,系统考察了多种色谱模式(正相、反相和极性有机相)下流动相组成对6种化合物手性分离的影响。化合物2、3和6获基线分离,化合物1、4和5获部分分离。
The enantioseparation of six chiral compounds (trans-stilbene oxide, troger-base, benzoin, quizalofop, tebuconazole, diclofop-methyl) on the coated amylose-tris[(s) -α-methyl- benzylcarbamate] chiral stationary phase, which was prepared in authors'lab, was achieved. At the condition of flow rate is 0.5mL/min, λ is 254nm, the influence of multimodal elution with normal-phase or reversed-phase or the polar organic phase on the enantioseparation of six chiral compounds was investigated. Troger-base, benzoin and diclofop-methyl were achieved baseline separation; trans-stilbene oxide, quizalofop and tebueonazole were obtained partial separation.
