摘要
本实验用火焰原子吸收光谱法研究海藻酸钙微球吸附水体中铅离子的条件与效果。实验确定溶液共存物对Pb283.3nm的背景吸收应采用氘灯法扣除,弱酸介质下海藻酸钙微球对铅离子吸附率大于95%。火焰原子吸收光谱法操作简便、干扰少,灵敏度和准确度有效满足相应吸附过程中铅测定要求,对于发展功能环境材料吸附去除水体中铅等重金属,具有研究应用意义。
Flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS) was used to study the condition and effect for Pb(II) adsorption on dry alginate beads in aqueous solution. Analysis of Pb at wavelength 283.3 nm during the adsorption process was dependent on the deuterium lamp method for background correction. The adsorptive rate of Pb(II) could be more than 95% in acidic medium pH 5--6. FAAS as analytical method for Pb has advantages of easy operation, low cost and little interference. The sensitivity and accuracy of FAAS could fit for Pb(II) analysis through the adsorption process. It is significant for development of functional adsorption materials for removal of heavy metal ions including lead in the environmental field.
