摘要
在微波水热条件下,以MnCl2.4H2O和C2H5NS为原料制备了MnS细微粉体.研究了微波水热温度、保温时间、反应物浓度、反应物pH对产物结构及形貌的影响,并采用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜等分析手段表征了MnS细微粉体的显微结构和形貌,确定了制备单相MnS细微粉体的最佳工艺.
In the experiment,under the microwave hydrothermal condition,Nanocrystalline MnS was synthesized with MnCl2 ·4H2O and C2H5NS as the reactant.The microwave hydrothermal temperature and time,reactant concentration,pH of the reactants are studied in the experiment so that we can find the effect of the technological factors to the structure and morphology of the production.The prepared MnS samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-raypowder diffraction(XRD).And finally we have found the optimal parameters of the single phase MnS.
