The paper takes the local university library as an example to discuss the advantages of establishing library student management committee from the perspective of relieving the working stress,being the bridge and bond to communicate with readers and providing the stages for the university students.Meanwhile,based on the staff selecting system and the role of librarian＇s guidance,the paper puts forward the practice and thoughts of library student management committee.
