聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶软组织填充剂的临床应用

目的 :探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶的临床应用情况。聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶作为一种新型软组织填充材料 ,自1997年引入我国 ,由于其卓越的理化特性及良好的临床疗效 ,受到病人及医生的青睐。方法 :利用该凝胶填充乳房、额颞部、面颊部、大腿、臀部等缺损凹陷部位 10 0余处 ,获得理想疗效。结果 :体会该填充剂操作简单、安全、局部反应轻。另就术后出现硬结及术后两侧不对称等情况分析了原因 ,提出了解决办法。报道 6 0例不同缺损凹陷病例用该凝胶治疗 ,无 1例并发症发生。结论

Objective: This article reports the clinical application of polyacrylamide hydrogel. As a kind of new medical soft tissue implant material, polyacrylamide hydrogel was introduced into this country in 1997. Both the patients and doctors favor it because of its outstanding physical and chemical properties and good clinical effect. Methods: The polyacrylamide hydrogel was implanted into breast、 forhead、cheek、thigh、buttock etc. More than 100 places by author. Results: The result was satisfactory, the implant has simplicity, safety, reation mild in character. Meanwhile author gives analysis to the causes of induration nodule formation and asymmetry left and also raises the measures for solving them. 60 patients (female 53, male 7) age ranged from 18 to 45 years with diffierent deformity were cured, and there was not any compliaction in the cases. Conclusion: The result confirmed that the polyacrylamide hydrogel is a very good medical soft tissre filling agent. Both reasonable operation planning and skill are needed in its use.
