摘要
以学生学习兴趣为分析视角,研究了河南工业大学物流管理专业学生的学习动力和积极性,探讨了影响学生学习兴趣的主要因素,并从学习兴趣点入手,提出提高学生学习兴趣的一些实践办法。研究发现,灵活多样的教学手段、教师知识的宽度与广度、学生需求的满足、主题式教学、小组式管理等是有效的实践途径。
From the perspective of students’ learning interest,logistics management students’ learning motivation and enthusiasm are discussed,and analyzes the main factors that affect students’ interest in learning.Starting from the interest in learning,the paper puts forward some practical way to increase students’ interest.It was found that a flexible means of teaching,the width and breadth of teachers’ knowledge,satisfaction of the needs of students,thematic teaching and team-based management are effective ways of practice.
