产学研合作使高校及时掌握企业人才的需求,按照市场发展的需要来调整授课内容、教学方式和课程设置,使人才的培养更具行业适用性和针对性。在对常州科教城产学研合作人才培养的实践经验进行分析的基础上,探索了科教城内高校,尤其是高职院校的各种产学研结合培养人才模式的特点和适用性等问题,提出了相关的建议。以期提升常州科教城人才培养的效果,提高人才质量。

Cooperative makes the colleges and universities to grasp the needs of business professionals,then colleges and universities can adjust teaching methods and contents and curriculum according to the needs of market development so that make the fostering of talents more applicable and purposeful.On the basis of analyzing the practical experience of cooperative personnel training of Changzhou science and education town,this paper explores the characteristics and applicability of cooperative training mode of colleges in Changzhou science and education town,especially professional colleges and proposes related recommendations for the purpose of enhance the effect of talents cultivation of Changzhou science and education town,and improve the quality of talents.
