摘要
为了解决我国食品企业实力相对薄弱、资金相对短缺,自营食品物流的组织弱、规模小,不适应食品物流的高技术要求的局面,利用平衡计分卡和层次分析法的方法,对食品企业物流外包战略进行了系统分析,研究了物流外包的模式、物流供应商的选择及战略的实施。最后以青岛华昌集团为例,对其物流外包战略进行了实证研究,并分析了其实施效果,从而证明该研究具有实践意义。
In order to solve the problem of food companies in our country such as shortage of capital,under-developed and small-scaled logistics,inadaptation of modern logistics,etc,this thesis does a systematical research on the logistics outsourcing strategy for food companies using the balanced scorecard and analytic hierarchy process method,studies the model of logistics outsourcing,the selection of logistics providers and the implementation of the strategy.Finally,taking Qingdao Huachang group as an example,studys the logistics outsourcing strategy,and analyzes the effect.Result from the case study shows encouraging application to practice.
