构建战略联盟是企业适应经济全球化、市场国际化的一种有效途径。文章从解释物流战略联盟的内涵出发,阐述了物流战略联盟的形式及伙伴的选择,并分析了日本伊藤忠商社与台湾康师傅国际集团联盟的经典案例。
It is an efficient way for enterprises to get adjusted to economic globalization,market internationalization to construct strategic alliance.This paper defines logistics strategic alliance firstly,states its forms and partner-selecting problem then,and analizes the strategic alliance of Japan Itochu Group with Tai-wan Kang Shifu Group finally.
