我国高校本科生科研管理办法规范化研究

On Standardization of Undergraduates' Research Measures and Administration in China

通过对国内九校一省规定的本科生科研管理办法的分析,明确了其在客观上具有的引导、评价、激励和监管的作用,同时也存在三大不足与缺陷:权利义务规定的不对等、激励机制不健全、监督机制不完善。进而针对这三个主要问题提出了相关的解决建议和意见,为我国高校制定出科学合理的本科生科研管理办法做出了应有的努力,有利于推动本科生科研活动的顺利进行。

Through analyzing the provisions on undergraduates＇ research management in nine domestic universities and one province,the authors find that these provisions have played such positive roles as guidance,evaluation,incentive and supervision,etc..Meanwhile,the authors also point out that the existing provisions on undergraduates＇ research measures and administration in China have three major deficiency and defects： the rights and obligations in the provisions are not equal;the incentive mechanism is not sound;the supervision mechanism is not perfect.Furthermore,the authors put forward relevant suggestions and opinions on how to solve these problems.
