摘要
罗伯特·库弗是美国后现代小说的代表作家,其代表作《卡通》充分体现了后现代小说的主要特征:元小说、模拟与隐喻、现实与虚幻的并存等等。本文通过分析模拟手法在《卡通》中的应用,揭示它们背后的隐含寓意,并对小说主人公进行心理剖析,论述了道德沦丧的社会给人们心理上带来的沉重负担。
Robert Coover is one of the representatives of American postmodern novelists.Cartoon fully displays the main features of postmodern novels： meta-fiction,metaphors in mimesis,coexistence of reality and fantasy,etc..By analyzing the application of mimesis and psychological conflicts in Cartoon,this paper tries to reveal their implications,and at the same time,reveals that the lost of morality in society brings heavy burdens to people＇s heart.
