摘要
本研究采用中国大学生心理适应量表(CCSAS),运用心理统计技术对大学生心理适应能力的年级差异进行了研究。研究结果为:低年级学生心理适应能力不如高年级;随着年级增长,大学生心理适应水平也越来越好;三个年级在人际关系适应、学习适应、情绪适应和择业适应方面存在非常显著差异。根据研究结论,笔者分析了引起大学生心理适应困难的原因,并提出了一些建议和对策。
This paper mainly studies the grade differences in college students' psychological adaptation based on the CCSAS and questionnaire statistics technology.The findings indicate that: the psychological adaptation of students increase with grade.There are significant adaptation differences among the students who are in three different grades in interpersonal relationship,study,emotion and occupation choice,etc..In this paper,the author analyses the factors causing psychological adaptation difficulties and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
