白细胞介素-1β基因启动子-31位点单核苷酸多态性与甲型H1N1流感易感性的关联分析

摘要 目的探讨白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)基因启动子-31位点单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与甲型H1N1流感易感性的关系。方法采用病例-对照研究方法,应用TaqMan探针技术,对167例H1N1流感患者和192例健康对照人群IL-1β基因-31位点进行等位基因分型,比较两组人群基因型分布及频率差异。结果 IL-1β基因-31位点具有T和C两种等位基因,其中H1N1流感组T、C等位基因频率分别为38.3%和61.7%,对照组T、C等位基因频率分别为54.4%和45.6%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001,OR=1.922,95%CI 1.426-2.590)。结论 IL-1β基因启动子-31多态性位点与甲型H1N1流感易感性相关,C等位基因是甲型H1N1流感易感基因。 Objective To explore the association between -31 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP) in the promoter of IL-1β gene and susceptibility to A H1N1 influenza. Methods The study used TaqMan probe to type the allele of -31 SNP in IL-1β in the H1NI group( n = 167 ) and the healthy control group ( n = 192), and then compared the two groups' genotype distributions and frequency difference using case-control method. Results IL-1β gene -31 SNP involved T and C allele, with frequency 38.3% and 61.7% in the H1 N1 groups respectively, and 54.4% and 45.6% in the healthy control group. The difference between the two groups showed statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 001, OR = 1. 922,95 % CI 1. 426 -2. 590 ). Conclusion IL-1β gene -31 SNP is associated with susceptibility to A H1N1 influenza,and C allele is the susceptible allele for A H1N1 influenza.
